Board of Trustees

The role of the Board of Trustee is to:

  1. Ensure the financial stability of the school.
  2. Set the school's mission with input from the Administration, faculty, staff and parents.
  3. Set the school's policies based on recommendations of the Head of School and the Principal.
  4. Support the Principal and Administration in their day-to-day operation of the school.

The Board of Trustees meets once per month and welcomes input from the Faculty and Staff through the Head of School.  Parents, community-members and/or staff-members are invited and welcome to attend the Open Session of each Board Meeting and are encouraged to email any items they wish to discuss to the Chairman of the Board a few days before the scheduled meeting.
