What an extraordinary time for us here at American Youth Academy! It’s been quite the journey but we are nearing completion of our new building and we cannot be more excited! Our new building will house more than 30 state-of-the-art classrooms, science labs, computer labs, a multipurpose room, and a new gymnasium. This new standard for excellence in education will provide students with unprecedented resources and learning opportunities.  The facility is almost finished, at 80% completion. Our construction team has been working very hard these past few weeks. The roof has been attached, windows are now installed, and parking lots are currently being completed. We are happy to announce that our new building will be completed in just a few short months - right on time for the spring semester! We appreciate all your patience while we work hard to make sure that the project is completed with care and precision. Construction delays are unfortunate, but with our experienced contractors, we found ways to accommodate any delay with the utmost efficiency. The delay we experienced was completely out of our control and we are grateful for your understanding during this time. AYA is a place where students can be challenged, learn, and grow in all aspects of their lives. We help students develop an understanding of what they do well and where their strengths lie. We help students be effective and efficient learners by providing support, advising, and other growth opportunities. We believe that every student should be able to reach their full potential and understand that potential may be expressed in different ways. Our aim is to ensure that all our students have access to opportunities that will enable them to fulfill their potential as individuals and students.  At AYA, we build upon the value that our students bring every day and make it even more enjoyable for them to participate in our amazing academy. Our new facility will help our students succeed by building pathways that enable them to take their most important steps toward a bright future. We are thrilled for our students to have access to new learning spaces and community centers. This new facility will allow students to have continuous access to sports, academics, and other extracurricular activities while also offering other unique benefits that other facilities in our area can’t provide. We look forward to opening our new building in the near future!
