TOK

TOK The Theory of Knowledge (TOK) stimulates students' curiosity, encouraging them to explore the diverse forms of knowledge, its dissemination and production processes, the individuals involved, and their roles. Students will also examine how knowledge shapes narratives and influences decisions impacting individuals and communities. By equipping students with critical thinking tools, TOK enables them to analyze claims, assumptions, ideas, and belief systems across various fields, such as Natural Sciences, Human Sciences, History, Religion, Politics, and Arts. While the course is primarily developed using the Western Paradigm, our TOK instructor complements students' exploration of knowledge, its nature, and its tools by infusing the Islamic Philosophy of Knowledge, fostering a balanced approach to learning.
