Welcome to American Youth Academy
This page is designed for both NEW FAMILIES interested in applying to the American Youth Academy and CURRENT FAMILIES enrolling a child for the first time at AYA. If your children are currently AYA students, please click here to Re-Enroll current students.
Applying is a breeze with our user-friendly online application. We highly encourage new families to apply online as it streamlines the submission process and provides parents with a convenient tool to track the status of their admission after submitting the application. A $25 non-refundable application fee is required to submit the application.
Admissions Process
Fill out an application
($25 non-refundable application fee)
- Gather the following documents to submit with your application:
- Birth certificate
- Physical records
- Immunization records
- Behavior records
- Report card and/or student transcripts
Entrance Exam
After the application is submitted and reviewed, we will reach out to you to schedule an entrance exam for students in grades K5-12. The exam has a $40 non-refundable fee per student. Students must pass the entrance exam in order to proceed to the next step. Please note that exam results may take up to 48 hours to process before you are contacted with the results.
Student Interview
After a student passes the entrance exam, we will schedule a student interview with the principal.
Final Decision
After the interview and all evaluations are completed, you will receive the final decision regarding whether your child has been accepted or denied.
