Welcome to American Youth Academy Enrollment Packet
This page is for families who have:
- CURRENT STUDENTS who are RE-ENROLLING
- NEW STUDENTS who have already applied and have been accepted to AYA.
If you are a current AYA family and need to enroll a NEW CHILD(REN) FOR THE FIRST TIME, please click here for NEW STUDENT ADMISSIONS. You will need to create a new login account for the new student(s) you wish to enroll.
PLEASE CLICK THE ONLINE ENROLLMENT ICON, LOG INTO YOUR PARENT ACCOUNT, OR CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO.
Instructions
- Please complete the Online Enrollment forms listed in the left menu, starting with the Enrollee Information form.
- Throughout the process, feedback will be provided to help you complete the enrollment packet. A yellow caution sign will appear in the menu next to forms missing required information. A green check mark will appear next to the form's menu item if all necessary information is provided.
- You can review the enrollment packet at any time by selecting the Enrollment Packet Review item on the left menu. From here, you will also be able to print a PDF of the enrollment packet in its current state.
- After completing the enrollment packet, a "Submit Enrollment Packet and Make Payment" form will appear. Please follow the provided instructions to submit the enrollment packet.
Next Steps
- After submitting your enrollment packet, you will receive a confirmation email. You can re-access Online Enrollment through your ParentsWeb login at any time to print a PDF copy of the completed enrollment packet.
