CAS (Creativity, Action, and Service)
In addition to the academic classroom, students at AYA engage in a diverse range of activities through the Creativity, Action, and Service (CAS) program. CAS offers a unique opportunity for students to enrich their personal and interpersonal development through hands-on learning experiences. It serves as a valuable counterbalance to the academic rigor of the rest of the Diploma Program, providing a fulfilling journey of self-discovery.

Creativity encompasses a wide spectrum of activities that encourage students to explore their imaginative thinking and expression. It allows them to nurture their sense of originality while engaging in creative pursuits.

Action focuses on physical exertion and fosters a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. By participating in various physical activities, students learn to embrace lifelong habits that promote their physical well-being.

Service requires students to recognize their potential to make a positive impact on their community and society at large. Through meaningful service projects, students develop essential personal and social skills, such as decision-making, problem-solving, initiative, responsibility, and accountability, which they apply in real-life situations. CAS empowers students to become active and responsible members of their communities, preparing them for a life of meaningful contributions.
